about me

hi! my name is minna so ( pronounced mee-na ).

i was born and raised in seattle, washington, and i also lived in portland, oregon for about five years. i now live on the eastcoast in washington, dc, and i am currently a student, studying graphic design (you can see my design and illustration work here).

i've been blogging since 2009, and it has opened many doors for me and helped me realize what i love doing. minna may covers everything from design, to fashion, interior design, food, and more! i hope my blog brings inspiration to you all like so many other blogs do for me.

there are many things that i wish to do in life, but i'm taking everything in one step at a time. in 2010, i opened my first etsy shop, eatpraycreate. in 2011, i opened my jewelry shop, minco jewelry. in the summer of 2012, i began freelance design work, which i am absolutely loving! i truly love what i do, and i feel so blessed to be able to wake up every morning and do the things that make me happy. i'm the type of person that wants to make everyone happy, and i just want to share positive light to my readers! thank you so much for stopping by my blog!
